Early Dismissal

We have been advised by the EMA to dismiss school at noon. If you are picking up your child earlier than noon, please sign out through the main office. All basketball and soccer practices are cancelled for today.

K4 and K5 Enrollment

All current families who have students entering K4 or K5 for the 2011-2012 school year are encouraged to register prior to February 17th. After this date, enrollment for new families will be opened. Applications are available in the main office or on the school website under the Admissions tab. Please note that current families enrolled in the school are not required to pay any fees at the time the new K4/K5 student application is submitted.

Food Drive

The SGA food drive has been extended through January 31st. They welcome any type of non-perishable food item. Any student who has not contributed to this needy cause is asked to participate. The SGA is offering a free lunch to the homerooms that collect the most cans.

Golf Tournament

The Golf Tournament has been moved from February 20th to March 12th due to the Troy Country Club's schedule. Please consider playing in this fund raising tournament. If there are any questions, feel free to contact Denny Sanford.

The first regular season tournament for the golf team will be February 28th here in Troy at the TCC. The team would welcome any support and any volunteers wanting to work at the tournament.

Kirby Banking

This Wednesday, Kirby Kangaroo will visit our school to share the importance of saving. He will meet with our K4 through 6th grade students and encourage them to start a savings account. Many of our students already have a Kirby account with the AACFCU. These students can make deposits twice a month from school during their lunch time.

If you are interested in starting an account, feel free to complete the registration form and return it to school. Your student can then make deposits, receive quarterly statments and be on Kirby's mailing list.
