Attached you will find the vendor forms for the Patriot Marketplace to be held Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23 (Friday from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm).
If you are interested in having a booth at the Marketplace, please complete the attached form and return it to the office by mail at:

The form must be returned with payment for the booth in order to reserve it. All money collected for booth rentals will go for school projects. We will promote on radio and cable.
